BKB is designed as an engaging bar-centric space that is efficiently designed with acute flexibility for all day parts, including morning and evening food and beverage operations. The dining space is creatively designed to adjust based on demand at breakfast and can function as group dining facilities for lunch or dinner. Our service team is competent and hospitable having been smartly outfitted and trained to convey our welcoming spirit and maximize use of space.

Our Embassy Suites signature breakfast has been reinvented with modern buffet zoning that are keenly arranged to maximize guest flow, providing guest access from multiple starting points. The innovative buffet lay-out increases display presentation-value, showcases cook-to-order and connects to a well organized kitchen in an efficient manner that moves away from a linear food station design. BKB’s new design improves access, visibility and throughput capacity, making both the guest and operator experience enjoyable. 

Ease and comfort is achieved at BKB with varied seating and fixtures that are organic, natural, and authentic with dining tables, booths and communal tables ideal for socializing. Guests ‘on the go’ find value in the hotel’s BKB branded marketplace, located near the front desk. Efficient access tempt guests with BKB’s Market of neatly packaged hearty salads, daily fresh-made sandwiches, in addition to a variety of snacks and beverages. BKB In-room delivery provides evening service to the suite that’s conveniently packaged, quick and efficient and leverages the product offering at the Market.

We will always offer the comforting consistency of familiar selections, trendy bar fare, as well as local favorites. BKB offers healthy inspired options and the ability to indulge. We are approachable without being over the top.

Our signature Embassy Suites Breakfast is guaranteed to delight. The innovative buffet layout is appealing and enticing including display presentations of cold and hot offerings while continuing to showcase cook-to-order. Everything is designed to provide our guests with choice and control, and provides our operators with ease of execution and improved guest navigation.

Evening Fare

It is the Social Hub of the hotel. A lively environment encouraging sharing and socialization among guests. Featuring sociable shares like our Sticky Fingers Spare Ribs, house prepared Flatbreads, indulgent Handhelds and salads, regional specialties, enticing entrees and comforting American desserts paired with a variety of cocktails, beers and wines. 

The bar should feel like an area unto itself with its own VIBE and a feeling of destination. The VIBE is the vibrant ambiance that guest experience at the evening reception and in our bars. Our vibe starts as guest enter the bar and are welcomed by the energetic and enthusiastic service team. Varied seating and intimate seating zones are ideal for socializing and enjoying snacks and beverages throughout.  Music plays is in the foreground creating a mood that is fun and energetic while allowing guests to converse with ease and comfort. The lighting levels at the bar and tables help set the mood by creating an ambiance that is welcoming, comfortable and social.
