Ingredients
2¾ | oz. | Chocolate sheet cake un-iced, thawed, cut in ¾" slices (8 ea.) |
1½ | oz. | Caramel sauce |
4 | oz. | Sweet Streets chocolate mousse, thawed |
½ | oz. | Whipped cream |

Preparation
- Line the inside of the mason jar with 5 pieces of the chocolate cake. Drizzle the cake pieces with ½ oz. of caramel sauce.
- Pipe chocolate mousse into spaces between cake pieces and a layer on top.
- Top mousse layer with remaining pieces of cake, drizzle with another ½ oz. of caramel sauce.
- Top cake pieces with whipped cream, drizzle with remaining half ounce of caramel sauce, and garnish with chocolate cake crumbs. Serve immediately.
