Preheated combi oven set to convection, low fan, 350°F

Ingredients

1 each Sweet Streets chocolate chunk-pretzel skillet cookie puck, thawed
½ oz. Peanuts, toasted
½ oz. Butterscotch chips
3 oz. Vanilla ice cream

Equipment

  • Service Skillet
  • 3 oz. Ice Cream Scoop

Preparation

  1. Using the underside of another skillet press cookie puck in service skillet to the edges. If cookie does not meet the edge of the pan, use fingers to finish pressing.
  2. Sprinkle peanuts and butterscotch chips over cookie and lightly press into dough.
  3. Place skillet in oven and bake until cookie is evenly golden brown and cooked through the center, 10-12 minutes.
  4. Remove skillet from oven and place on paper line wood board as shown in photo, top with ice cream, serve immediately.
