Ingredients
| 1 | each | Sweet Streets chocolate chunk-pretzel skillet cookie puck, thawed |
| ½ | oz. | Peanuts, toasted |
| ½ | oz. | Butterscotch chips |
| 3 | oz. | Vanilla ice cream |

- 3 oz. Ice Cream Scoop
Preparation
- Using the underside of another skillet press cookie puck in service skillet to the edges. If cookie does not meet the edge of the pan, use fingers to finish pressing.
- Sprinkle peanuts and butterscotch chips over cookie and lightly press into dough.
- Place skillet in oven and bake until cookie is evenly golden brown and cooked through the center, 10-12 minutes.
- Remove skillet from oven and place on paper line wood board as shown in photo, top with ice cream, serve immediately.
