1 qt. House vinaigrette
2 tbsp. Oregano, Fresh, Leaves Only


  • Liquid Measuring Cups
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Blender
  • Storage Containers


  1. Place house vinaigrette and fresh oregano in the jar of the blender and blend on high speed until small green flakes of oregano appear throughout vinaigrette. 
  2. Transfer to a storage container, cover, label and store in the refrigerator.
