| 2 | tbsp. | Oregano, Fresh, Leaves Only |

- Liquid Measuring Cups
- Rubber Spatula
- Blender
- Storage Containers
Preparation
- Place house vinaigrette and fresh oregano in the jar of the blender and blend on high speed until small green flakes of oregano appear throughout vinaigrette.
- Transfer to a storage container, cover, label and store in the refrigerator.
