|2||each||Apple, Fuji or Gala, cored, ⅛" wedges|
|2||each||Onion, Red, quartered, cored, ⅛" slices along the poles|
|½||cups||Red wine vinegar|

- Storage Containers
- Mix the mojo marinade, simple syrup and red wine vinegar in a bowl.
- Place the apples and red onion in a storage container, cover with the pickling liquid, cover, label, store under refrigeration. Pickles are ready to use in 24 hours.
