2 each Apple, Fuji or Gala, cored, ⅛" wedges
2 each Onion, Red, quartered, cored, ⅛" slices along the poles
2 cups Mojo Marinade
1 cups Simple Syrup
½ cups Red wine vinegar


  • Liquid Measuring Cups
  • Whisk
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Storage Containers


  1. Mix the mojo marinade, simple syrup and red wine vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Place the apples and red onion in a storage container, cover with the pickling liquid, cover, label, store under refrigeration. Pickles are ready to use in 24 hours.
