Ingredients

1 qt. Mayonnaise
oz. Capers, drained
5 oz. Dill pickles, drained
oz. Dijon mustard
tsp. Anchovy paste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 tbsp. Chives, minced
tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Equipment

  • Measuring Spoons
  • Food Processor
  • Storage Container
  • High Heat Rubber Spatula

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in the food processor, and process until well combined.
  2. Remove the food processor from the machine and manually fold in the chives using the rubber spatula. Transfer to storage container. Hold under refrigeration.
