32 fl. oz. Orange Juice, Fresh
24 fl. oz. Whiskey-Soy BBQ Sauce


  • Liquid Measuring Cups
  • Sauce Pot
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Storage Containers


  1. Place the orange juice in the sauce pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Simmer until only 8 fl. oz. (1 cup) remains. 
  2. In a mixing bowl whisk together the whiskey soy BBQ sauce and the reduced orange juice. 
  3. Transfer to a storage container, cover, label and store in the refrigerator.
