Smoked Tomato Soup Base

1 bag Tomato and red pepper bisque soup, thawed (4 lbs.)
1 c. Heavy cream
2 tbsp. Liquid smoke


  • Mixing bowl
  • Liquid measuring containers
  • Whisk
  • Storage containers
  • High heat rubber spatula
  • Foodservice gloves


  1. In the mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients, whisk well to combine.
  2. Using the liquid measuring containers scale out individual bowl (15 fl. oz.) and cup (9 fl. oz.) portions, label and store in appropriate covered containers under refrigeration. During service heat to order.
