Ingredients

qt. Mayonnaise
6 oz. Ketchup
6 oz. Dijon mustard
12 oz. Dill pickles
2 oz. Sriracha sauce
1 tsp. Garlic powder

Equipment

  • High speed blender
  • Portion scale
  • Storage container
  • High heat rubber spatula
  • Foodservice gloves

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in the blender, and process until well combined.
  2. Remove the blender and transfer to storage container. Hold under refrigeration.
