| 1½ | qt. | Mayonnaise |
| 6 | oz. | Ketchup |
| 6 | oz. | Dijon mustard |
| 12 | oz. | Dill pickles |
| 2 | oz. | Sriracha sauce |
| 1 | tsp. | Garlic powder |
Equipment
- High speed blender
- Portion scale
- Storage container
- High heat rubber spatula
- Foodservice gloves
Preparation
- Combine all of the ingredients in the blender, and process until well combined.
- Remove the blender and transfer to storage container. Hold under refrigeration.
