Whiskey-Soy BBQ Sauce

- Liquid measuring container
- Rondeau pan
- 12 quart storage
- Combine the whiskey and the soy sauce in the rondeau pan over medium heat and allow the whiskey to ignite. From a safe distance swirl the pan to allow the alcohol to burn off. Allow to flame for 1 minute.
- Add the BBQ sauce, extinguish the flame and whisk to combine. Remove from the pan immediately and pour into storage container. Chill completely.
