Apple-Cheddar Salad, Large

|1½||fl. oz.||Walnut Vinaigrette|
|1½||oz.||Cheddar cheese, large uneven crumbles|
|2||oz.||Apple Slices, from cheeks, ¼"|
- 2 oz. Ladle
- Portion Scale
- Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
- In the bowl combine the arugula and the walnut vinaigrette. Toss gently to coat with tongs.
- Plate ½ the arugula in bowl and layer in some apple slices and cheese. Top with remaining dressed arugula, apple slices, cheese, and sprinkle with maple-walnut crunch. Serve Immediately.
