Ingredients
2½ | oz. | Baby Arugula |
1½ | fl. oz. | Walnut Vinaigrette |
1½ | oz. | Cheddar cheese, large uneven crumbles |
3 | tbsp. | Maple-Walnut crunch |
2 | oz. | Apple Slices, from cheeks, ¼" |

Preparation
- In the bowl combine the arugula and the walnut vinaigrette. Toss gently to coat with tongs.
- Plate ½ the arugula in bowl and layer in some apple slices and cheese. Top with remaining dressed arugula, apple slices, cheese, and sprinkle with maple-walnut crunch. Serve Immediately.
