Ingredients

oz. Baby Arugula
fl. oz. Walnut Vinaigrette
oz. Cheddar cheese, large uneven crumbles
3 tbsp. Maple-Walnut crunch
2 oz. Apple Slices, from cheeks, ¼"

Equipment

  • 2 oz. Ladle
  • Portion Scale
  • Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl

Preparation

  1. In the bowl combine the arugula and the walnut vinaigrette. Toss gently to coat with tongs.
  2. Plate ½ the arugula in bowl and layer in some apple slices and cheese. Top with remaining dressed arugula, apple slices, cheese, and sprinkle with maple-walnut crunch. Serve Immediately.
