Ingredients

oz. Lettuce Mix
1 fl. oz. House Vinaigrette
2 each Cherry tomatoes, quartered
6 each Red onion, quartered, ⅛" slices
4 each Cucumber, Euro, seeded ⅛" x 2" bias cut slices
¼ oz. Carrot, fine julienne
½ oz. Asiago Ciabatta Crouton

Equipment

  • 1 oz. Ladle

  • Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl

Preparation

  1. In the bowl combine the lettuce mix and the house vinaigrette. Toss gently to coat with tongs.
  2. Plate the lettuce in bowl with tongs. Top evenly with the cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, carrot, and croutons.
  • * Add optional appropriately heated protein of Guest’s choice to salad as shown in the photos.
