Ingredients
2½ | oz. | Lettuce Mix |
1 | fl. oz. | House Vinaigrette |
2 | each | Cherry tomatoes, quartered |
6 | each | Red onion, quartered, ⅛" slices |
4 | each | Cucumber, Euro, seeded ⅛" x 2" bias cut slices |
¼ | oz. | Carrot, fine julienne |
½ | oz. | Asiago Ciabatta Crouton |
Equipment

Preparation
- In the bowl combine the lettuce mix and the house vinaigrette. Toss gently to coat with tongs.
- Plate the lettuce in bowl with tongs. Top evenly with the cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, carrot, and croutons.
- * Add optional appropriately heated protein of Guest’s choice to salad as shown in the photos.
