Ingredients

oz. Arugula, baby
1 fl.oz. Walnut vinaigrette
1 oz. Cheddar cheese, large uneven crumbles
2 tbsp. Maple-walnut crunch
1 oz. Apple slices, from cheeks, ¼ "

Equipment

  • Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Spoons

Preparation

  1. In mixing bowl, combine the arugula and the walnut vinaigrette. Toss gently with tongs to coat. 
  2. Plate half the arugula in bowl and layer in some apple slices and cheese. Top with remaining dressed arugula, apple slices and cheese, and sprinkle maple-walnut crunch evenly over the top. Serve immediately.
