Ingredients

1 | fl.oz. | Walnut vinaigrette |
1 | oz. | Cheddar cheese, large uneven crumbles |
2 | tbsp. | Maple-walnut crunch |
1 | oz. | Apple slices, from cheeks, ¼ " |

Preparation
- In mixing bowl, combine the arugula and the walnut vinaigrette. Toss gently with tongs to coat.
- Plate half the arugula in bowl and layer in some apple slices and cheese. Top with remaining dressed arugula, apple slices and cheese, and sprinkle maple-walnut crunch evenly over the top. Serve immediately.
