Apple-Cheddar Salad, Small

|1||oz.||Apple slices, from cheeks, ¼ "|
- 2 oz. Ladle
- Portion Scale
- Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
- Measuring Spoons
- In mixing bowl, combine the arugula and the walnut vinaigrette. Toss gently with tongs to coat.
- Plate half the arugula in bowl and layer in some apple slices and cheese. Top with remaining dressed arugula, apple slices and cheese, and sprinkle maple-walnut crunch evenly over the top. Serve immediately.
