Baked Pimento Cheese Dip

Preheated combi oven set to convection, low fan, 350°F.
All food handlers are required to follow all food safety brand standards and comply with all food handling procedures as noted in the ECOSURE audit program.
|1||each||Prepped pimento cheese dip in pan, with or without pepperoni|
|5||ea.||Celery Sticks, ¾" x 4"|
|⅛||tsp.||Smoked Paprika, in stainless steel shaker|
- ¼ Sheet Tray
- Oven Gloves
- Remove plastic wrap from prepared pimento cheese, place on ¼ sheet tray and place in oven. Bake until bread topping turns golden brown and cheese is bubbling, 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven, dust top with smoked paprika and chives.
- Place cheese dip on craft paper line wood board as shown in the picture. Place celery sticks and Ritz crackers along side as shown. Serve immediately.
