Baked Pimento Cheese Dip

Preheated combi oven set to convection, low fan, 350°F.

Ingredients

1 each Prepped pimento cheese dip in pan, with or without pepperoni
5 ea. Celery Sticks, ¾" x 4"
12 ea. Ritz Crackers
1 tsp. Chives, minced
tsp. Smoked Paprika, in stainless steel shaker

Equipment

  • ¼ Sheet Tray
  • Oven Gloves

Preparation

  1. Remove plastic wrap from prepared pimento cheese, place on ¼ sheet tray and place in oven. Bake until bread topping turns golden brown and cheese is bubbling, 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven, dust top with smoked paprika and chives.
  3. Place cheese dip on craft paper line wood board as shown in the picture. Place celery sticks and Ritz crackers along side as shown. Serve immediately.
