Preheated Deep Fryer to 350°F.

Ingredients

7 each Prepped ribs
5 fl. oz. Whiskey Soy BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp. French's Fried Onions
1 oz. Scallions, curly

Equipment

  • Squeeze bottle with BBQ Sauce
  • Stainless Steel Bowl

Preparation

  1. Place 7 prepped ribs in fryer basket and deep fry for 3-4 minutes, until evenly caramelized and hot to the bone. Drain
  2. Place in mixing bowl with 4 fl. oz. of sauce, toss to coat.
  3. Plate ribs as shown, and drizzle another 1 fl. oz. of sauce using squeeze bottle around ribs. Evenly sprinkle around fried onions and curly scallions on top of ribs. Serve immediately.
