Preheated Deep Fryer to 350°F.

|5||fl. oz.||Whiskey Soy BBQ Sauce|
|2||tbsp.||French's Fried Onions|
- Squeeze bottle with BBQ Sauce
- Stainless Steel Bowl
- Place 7 prepped ribs in fryer basket and deep fry for 3-4 minutes, until evenly caramelized and hot to the bone. Drain
- Place in mixing bowl with 4 fl. oz. of sauce, toss to coat.
- Plate ribs as shown, and drizzle another 1 fl. oz. of sauce using squeeze bottle around ribs. Evenly sprinkle around fried onions and curly scallions on top of ribs. Serve immediately.
