  1. Place three prepped ribs in fryer basket and deep fry for 3-4 minutes until evenly caramelized and hot to the bone. 
  2. Drain and place in mixing bowl with 1.5 fl. oz. of sauce, toss to coat. 
  3. Plate ribs as shown and drizzle another .5 fl. oz. of sauce using squeeze bottle around ribs. Evenly sprinkle around fried onions and curly scallions on top of ribs. Serve immediately.


3 each Prepped ribs
2 fl. oz. Whiskey soy BBQ sauce
1 tbsp. French's friend onions
½ oz. Scallions, curly

Preheated Deep Fryer to 350°F.
