Preheated Deep Fat Fryer, 350°F.

12 oz. French fries
2 tbsp. Roasted garlic oil
1 tbsp. Parsley, minced
2 tbsp. Parmesan, grated
½ tsp. Sea salt


  • Stainless Steel Bowl
  • Tongs
  • Portion Scale


  1. Place fries in fryer, fry until golden brown. Drain.
  2. Place fries in mixing bowl with roasted garlic oil, parsely, parmesan, and seas salt, toss to coat.
  3.  Line fry cone with craft paper triangle
  4. Place fries in paper lined cone as shown in photo. Serve immediately.
