Ingredients
6 | each | Chicken wings |
2 | fl. oz. | Whiskey soy BBQ sauce |
1 | tsp. | Chives, minced |
Equipment
- Stainless Steel Bowl
- Tongs
- 2 oz. Ladle
Preparation
- Place wings in fryer and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown and hot to the bone. Drain.
- Place wings in the bowl and toss with whiskey soy BBQ sauce until coated.
- Using tongs, plate wings as shown in photo.
- Sprinkle chives evenly over wings. Serve immediately.
